Rincón de la Victoria is a privileged town where you can have an active life, both in health and culture aspects. These are happy times for lovers of both areas. Now, they can visit the most outstanding cultural spots of this town while they make an urban hiking route of almost 10 kilometers thanks to the Tour Sende-Cultural project.
Next July 27th (Friday) and August 22nd (Wednesday), this free initiative will be carried out for all those who want to participate (only the entrance to Cueva del Tesoro will be paid). The idea is to unite hiking and culture so the activity will be on foot to visit cultural places of tourist interest in Rincón de la Victoria.
This route, with 9,5 kilometers, will follow the following points of interest:
- Promenade Virgen del Carmen.
- Exhibition hall Casa Fuerte Bezmiliana.
- Tourism Office (old train station).
- Estatua Noctiluca.
- Torre Vigía.
- Virgen del Carmen.
- Cantal cliffs.
- Exhibition hall Mare Nostrum (old train station).
- Cantal tunnels.
- Las Viñas park.
- Archaeological Park of the Mediterranean.
- Cueva del Tesoro (Treasure Cave).
- Ntra. Señora de la Victoria church.
The tour will take place from 10AM to 2PM. The starting point will be at Virgen del Carmen promenade, around Arroyo Granadillas (How to get there). Departing on time at 10:00AM.
