The cultural and leisure agenda of Rincón de la Victoria will have the best plan for this month of August thanks to the Zarzuela Festival. The plays, El Barbero de Sevilla y Agua, Azucarillos y Aguardiente will be represented in the 2018 edition on next Friday 24th August and Saturday 25th August.
The company Teatro Lírico Andaluz, from Málaga, brings two of the most important productions of Zarzuela to this Málaga town. The performances will be both at 22:00PM in the CEIP Manuel Laza Palacio (how to get there). The price of the tickets is 15€ in advance sale and 18€ at the box office.
These representations have a participation of almost a hundred professionals each, with artists of national and international repercussion, such as the solo artist Juan Carlos Barona, the sopranos Amelia Font and Guadalupe Durán, or the actor Miguel Guardiola from Málaga. All of them under the musical direction of José Manuel Padilla and the stage director Pablo Prados.
Each show, El Barbero de Sevilla y Agua, Azucarillos y Aguardiente, presents a wide display and staging with interpreters, orchestra, chorus, production, costumes and lighting.
