The Rincón de la Victoria Tourist Office has been recognised for the second year running with the Q for Quality certificate awarded by the Institute for Spanish Tourist Quality (ICTE).
Among others, the objectives proposed for this year have been achieved, such as the technological modernisation of the office through the installation of touch screens, the improvement of tools in the working environment, the provision of satisfaction surveys in four languages and the improvement of internal processes to bring the office into line with quality standards.
The Q for Quality is a Spanish brand that provides prestige, differentiation, reliability and promotion. An important step to obtain a better positioning of the destination.
This year, in addition, on the occasion of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Tourist Office has also obtained the ICTE ‘Safe Tourism’ certificate by establishing protocols in tourist facilities so that the risk of community contagion does not increase, as well as establishing the necessary protection measures for workers in the sector.
