Rincón de la Victoria hosted the first meeting of the responsibles of the Costa del Sol – Axarquia Tourism Offices. They have a common objective; to create synergies betweenthe municipalities of the region under the cover of the Costa del Sol.
The meeting was chaired by the Councillor for Tourism of Rincón de la Victoria Antonio José Martín and was attended by representatives of Algarrobo, Nerja, Frigiliana, Vélez Málaga and APTA, as well as the manager of Costa del Sol Antonio Díaz and technical staff from Tourism and Planning Costa del Sol.
With a very positive evaluation of the meeting results by all, as a first agreement, Costa del Sol will coordinate the meetings between offices, which will be held every 3 months and will help to facilitate the integration of the rest of the municipalities into the DTI network, to which ours already belongs.
After the meeting in the plenary session, the attendees visited and enjoyed the wonders of La Cueva del Tesoro (Treasure’s Cave).
