Rincón de la Victoria's Town Hall, along the Culture Council and Peña Flamenca El Piyayo have announced a new edition of their traditional Autumn Recitals, featuring a wide program in both flamenco dancing and singing.

This cycle will begin on Saturday, October 18th at 21:30 horas with its traditional Partner Day, which this year will honour Málaga flamenco singer José Soto Jiménez, 'Pepe Soto'.

Starting on October, 25th up until November 29th, each saturday will feature performances from featured flamenco artists, with flamenco groups, guitar recitals, future flamenco stars and more established figures, in Peña El Piyayo. This is located in Las Pedrizas Residential, establishment 2. Rincón de la Victoria. This cycle has also been helped by Málaga Regional Council and Federación de Peñas Flamencas de Málaga.

Autumn Recitals 2025 Program

The Autumn Recitals 2025 cycle will begin on Saturday, October 18th at 21:30, with its Partner Day, and will honour this artist, Pepe Soto.

On Saturday, October 25th, Flamenco Group José María Jiménez will get the spotlight, offering a flamenco guitar, singing and dancing show. On stage, Tania Ortega will be the one singing, with artists Lorena Gavilán and José Roa doing the dancing.

On November, 1st, the event will feature a flamenco singing and guitar recital organized by Luis Ortega López, a young flamenco singer who won the Young Flamenco Talents Contest. He will be accompanied by flamenco guitarist Juan Carlos Fernández.

Program will continue on November, 8th with Pedro Carmona singing, Juan Carlos Fernández playing the guitar and with Raquel Ariza doing the dancing. This will be a show featuring singing, dancing, guitar and clapping.

On November 15th, Málaga singer José Parra, well known thanks to its international proyection, as well as his traditional singing knowledge, will offer a recital along with guitarist Andrés Carmona Silva, also known as “Camarón de Pitita”.

On November 22th, singer Chato de Vélez will be the main star. He will be accompanied by guitarist Curro de María. The second performance will be hosted by José Lucena's dance group.

Cycle will close on November 29th, with a great flamenco night featuring José Satorre 'Diquela''s flamenco group. This show will feature the singing of Amparo Reyes, and the dancing of Luisa Chicano and José Ruiz.
