The previous cancellation on last Saturday September 15th of the Traditional Contest of Verdiales held in Benagalbón, move the event to Saturday October 6th. Declared as a Festival of Tourist Interest of Andalusia, this event can not be missed. It will take place in the town of Benagalbón from 5:00PM. On Sunday 7th, the religious procession is planned in honor of Virgen del Rosario, who is the patron of La Cala del Moral, one of the four towns that build up the municipality of Rincón de la Victoria.
Regarding the gastronomy, the event of the month is the FoodTrucks Xperience which will make its next stop at Plaza Al-Andalus in Rincón de la Victoria on the weekend of October 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th. Up to 10 cooking stations on wheels will meet in this central corner square where there will also be live music over the nights of the event.
As far as sports are concerned, all attention is focused on the IX Half Marathon of Rincón de la Victoria. It will take place on Sunday October 28th and the departure will start at 10.00AM.
