The Youth Department of the Rincon de la Victoria Town Hall has organised in collaboration with Radio Victoria, El Tesoro de la Navidad (The Christmas Treasure). An activity that “aims to promote alternative leisure among young people and boost the agenda of Christmas activities in the town”, as explained by the councillor Antonio José Martín (PP).

This year the activity will be held on Thursday the 30th of December from 18.30 hours, which will be when the organization of the first track in the Tourist Office on the Promenade of Rincon de la Victoria. From that time, the clues will be broadcast in streaming through Radio Victoria (107.1 FM) and informing through the social networks of the Youth Area.

Through clues, participants will have to search for the Christmas Treasure consisting of a hidden envelope that will be located from Huerta Julián to the niche of the Virgen del Carmen and north to the highest part of the Antonio de Hilaria Library in Rincon de la Victoria.

According to Martín, “this hidden envelope will be exchangeable for a prize of 1.200 euros”.

The Mayor of Rincon de la Victoria, Francisco Salado (PP), has highlighted “the interest of this traditional event, which is mainly followed by young people during the Christmas holidays, and which is organised as a free activity and alternative to nightlife”.

The winner of this edition will be the person who first finds the hidden envelope and delivers it to the Tourist Office.
