Rincón de la Victoria’s beaches will held a totally new sporting event next Sunday, October 27th. The I Warrior Challenge reaches Rincón de la Victoria after being a successful event in different countries.
The sporting event consists of an obstacle course with two routes to choose. You can choose between one route of 6 kilometers with 20 obstacles for all audiences or another one of 12 kilometers with 25 obstacles for experienced runners, both running from playa del Tajo to La Cala del Moral.
The starting point will be at 10:00 AM in front of the Tourist Office and will be done in packs of 150 runners. The organization estimates around 1,500 registered runners.
28 different obstacles plus the challenging field will test the limits of each participant. We should highlight the Goliath test, an almost vertical wooden wall with 6 meters high only suitable for authentic braves. Also, the Zombie Attack, reading that name and knowing that it is in the area of the tunnels, no need to add more information. Trenches, tires, memory tests, stairs, nets, and much more. Some of you will believe to be starring in the mythical training scene of the Heartbreak Ridge.
The categories are divided according to age and gender, male or female, and you can participate both individually and in groups, with a minimum number of five people. For the more advanced, the test will also feature an Elite category. Minor children who want to participate must be, at least, 15 years old.

The prices are 49 € for the 6 kilometer race and 54 € for the 12 kilometers race. All participants will receive a medal at the end of the circuit. The first three of the Elite category, male and female will have their respective trophies and, as an addition, have a chance to qualify for the 2020 World Obstacle Race Championship.
