Rincon de la Victoria is preparing thoroughly for this tenth stage, of 190.2 kilometres, which will start from Roquetas de Mar (Almería) and will have a completely flat route except for the final part, the Almchar pass, which is crowned 15 kilometres from the finish line and which will force you to ride very fast on the descent and on the arrival at Rincon de la Victoria.
A stage that has never been seen before and which will have a considerable media impact for a tourist town like Rincon de la Victoria. Up to 1,130 journalists and photographers from all over the world have been accredited to cover this edition of the Spanish cycling race.
A great impact for our town which, as well as being noticed in hotels, shops and restaurants, will also have a promotional impact for Rincon de la Victoria.
The Avenida del Mediterraneo will be the protagonist at the finish of this stage after the spectacular descent from the Benagalbon road with a finish in the nerve centre of the municipality.
The finish line will be located between the Al-Andalus Square and the José Domínguez ‘Pepe El Boticario’ Square, where the final podium will also be located, always with the Mediterranean Sea as a backdrop.
