On Tuesday, September 9th, the showcookings on the occasion of the Boquerón Victoriano's Fair 2025 in Rincón de la Victoria will begin. The event will take place from September 9th to 14th.

From Septembre 9th to 12th, a showcooking will take place at 20:30. From the 9th to the 11th, they will be hosted in Lacaliza, with the one on Friday, 12th will take place in Sabor a Málaga's Fair, located in Plaza Al-Andalus in Rincón de la Victoria.

On Wednesday, the 10th, miércoles 10, the showcooking will be hosted by Carmine Guariano (Mura Mura, Málaga), Julián Víllora (barman Hotel Bali, Benalmádena) and Camilo Rojas (Los Patios de Beatas, Málaga), named "Boquerones en red" (Anchovies on the net).

The food pairings will be hosted by the component on Vinos de Málaga (Málaga's Wines),Mari Ángeles Henares. A teacher of the Hospitality School in Benahavís will be in charge of providing a special touch to the meals.

The oil harmonies will be created by Javier Vázquez, prestigious olive oil expert and master miller with a sizable experience on the field.
