Rincón de la Victoria once again welcomes the solidary challenge of “Travesía Brazadas Solidarias Acantilados Rincón de la Victoria” for the benefit of Vicente Ferrer Foundation, which this year reaches its VII edition. It will take place next Sunday August 12th from 12:00PM. As in previous years, the route will link the towns of La Cala del Moral and Rincón de la Victoria by sea surrounding the cliffs.
The crossing, which hopes to gather almost 500 participants, has three routes:
The main test: This qualifies for the solidarity crossings at national level that will begin at 12:00PM with a total distance of 2,500 meters. Its departure point is the beach of La Cala del Moral at the height of Mare Nostrum hall (How to get there). It will take swimmers to cross Los Acantilados.
Travesía de la Virgen: It will start from the beach of El Tajo (How to get there) at 1:00PM with a total distance of 1,000 meters.
Children’s test: Up to 14 years old and will depart from the Tourism Office of Rincón de la Victoria (How to get there) from 1:30PM consisting of a round trip of 500 meters.
The collection of funds is intended to finance the construction of a residence in Anantapur (India) for women with disabilities.

The VII Travesía Brazadas Solidarias brings together for the first time in a single circuit, a total of 15 crossings (13 in Andalusia, 1 in the Basque Country and 1 in the Canary Islands), in which the participation of more than 4,000 caring swimmers are expected.
